Similar to Sage and Cedar, Palo Santo is used for spiritual purification and energy cleansings. Light the end of the stick and allow to burn for a minute before gently blowing the flame out.  Allow the smoke to clear negative energy, set intentions, and restore tranquility and calm emotions. Please use caution when burning and extinguish in a heatproof container lined with sand.
 Similar to frankincense and myrrh, palo santo means "holy wood". When it burns, the aromatic wood releases warm tones with notes of lemon, mint, vanilla, and pine.
 
Imported through a sustainable source in Peru, each 4-inch Palo Santo stick is harvested from naturally fallen trees, never cut down by force. The village that farms and collects these trees is accredited by the Peruvian Government.
